“I had a country property I needed to sell. The property had many issues. Tony prioritized the issues. I was overwhelmed with the extent of the issues. Tony's leadership helped me decide what issues needed immediate attention and what issues needed to be put on the back burner. Tony's advice to have well, septic, house, and pest inspection completed prior to placing the property on the market served the sale very well. As a result, every potential buyer had a complete understanding of the condition of the property. Tony referred a gardener to address the hugely overgrown trees and bushes, and perform a general cleanup of the property. Tony referred house cleaners that made the three houses sparkle. Under Tony's guidance, the property went from one that showed poorly to one that was inviting and attractive. The buyer made the sale difficult. “My wife and I originally met Tony a couple of years ago when we were checking out open houses to see if we wanted to get into the market. As soon as we started talking with Tony we knew we were in good hands and would be taken care of. We started the process with Tony to see what we could get qualified for and what it would take to sell our place and decided to hold off for a little bit. Tony stayed in touch, but wasn't over bearing at all or try to pressure us into the market, even when we reached out to him a second time to look at going on the market. Tony put together a SOLID plan on what needed to be done to the property we wanted to sell. He put us in contact with great and trustworthy group of vendors (Home Inspector, House cleaner, General contractor, etc). He made sure that while we were gearing up to get the place on the market we were getting approved for a loan and set us up to get daily emails on places within our parameters of what we wanted to buy. Once we were approved and our place was on the market we starting activley going out and looking at all options. Tony always made sure to make us feel heard and answer any questions we had, no matter how off the wall they were! One of the things we most appreciated was Tony knew when and how to have some of the hard conversations, he was always a professional and always made sure we knew what to expect so we were not caught off guard or confused on what came next in the process. “We couldn't be happier with Tony's performance. Having looked for homes previously in the San Francisco / Peninsula area, I had worked with a couple different agents. One just showed up to unlock homes that I asked to see and offered no incite or suggestions, and the other would try to push me to buy every house I looked at regardless of the home condition. Tony never pushed us to make large offers for the sake of trying to close on the home and make his commission. If he thought we could get a home for the asking price or lower, he would advise that. He was never pushy and was always respectful of our decisions, even when they made extra work for him. The other agents I had dealt with in the past either offered no suggestions or would just try and push every house their agency was putting in the market regardless as to whether or not was even close to my requirements. Tony understood the type of house we were looking for and would suggest houses that my not show up in my automated updates, but were close to what I was looking for. Also, having to drive from San Francisco to Petaluma to see ever house was very time consuming. Once we had seen a few houses with Tony, and he really understood what we were looking for and where would make exceptions, he would help us out by checking out the houses and letting us know whether or not is was worth our time to drive up there.
