“I had a country property I needed to sell. The property had many issues. Tony prioritized the issues. I was overwhelmed with the extent of the issues. Tony's leadership helped me decide what issues needed immediate attention and what issues needed to be put on the back burner. Tony's advice to have well, septic, house, and pest inspection completed prior to placing the property on the market served the sale very well. As a result, every potential buyer had a complete understanding of the condition of the property. “My wife and I originally met Tony a couple of years ago when we were checking out open houses to see if we wanted to get into the market. As soon as we started talking with Tony we knew we were in good hands and would be taken care of. “We couldn't be happier with Tony's performance. Having looked for homes previously in the San Francisco / Peninsula area, I had worked with a couple different agents. One just showed up to unlock homes that I asked to see and offered no incite or suggestions, and the other would try to push me to buy every house I looked at regardless of the home condition. Tony never pushed us to make large offers for the sake of trying to close on the home and make his commission. If he thought we could get a home for the asking price or lower, he would advise that. He was never pushy and was always respectful of our decisions, even when they made extra work for him.
